ScreenBar is a monitor-mounted light bar, offering a different placement strategy from a lamp with a base or desk clamp. That makes it useful to compare when the desktop is already occupied by a keyboard, mouse, and papers. The mounting position also makes screen compatibility the first check: review the exact monitor's shape and the current clamp guidance before choosing. Think about where a webcam sits on the same top edge and the area you want lit. A light bar format does not by itself establish measured illuminance or glare performance. We have not conducted a lighting test or verified a health benefit.
