This describes browsing, planning and measurement on Office Home Supply.

Browsing & planning

Search terms appear in the page URL. Our first-party measurement stores query length and result counts, not the search text. Product impressions, detail views, result interactions, category/filter use, comparisons and planner outcomes are counted. Planner measurement includes selected-item and unknown-price counts, not your budget, room dimensions or personal details. Planning choices stay in your browser; we do not process orders.

Measurement & retailer clicks

Eligible product and merchant identifiers and timestamps measure browsing and outbound handoffs. Random HttpOnly cookies expire after one day and deduplicate rapid repeats; anonymous measurement state expires daily. Engagement records are retained for 30 days. Historical referral totals remain in operational records. Event records do not contain IP addresses, raw search text, full URLs or referrers. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this measurement. Automated checks are labeled separately. Counts are not verified visitors, purchases or commissions. External analytics and search integrations are configured separately for this store. Configuration does not imply verified data collection or search ownership. Hosting and security systems may separately retain request/security logs.

Third parties

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics through the preferences control, when a measurement property is configured. Advertising personalization and Google signals remain disabled. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, automated QA and administrative pages prevent optional measurement. Search terms and planner dimensions are not sent to Google Analytics. Retailer privacy policies and terms apply when you follow their links. Cloudflare provides site delivery and security.

Operator sessions

The operations console uses an HttpOnly session cookie to authenticate the operator, and a CSRF token to protect changes. Product browsing does not require an account.

Third-party merchants

When you follow a merchant link, that merchant's privacy policy and purchase terms apply. Office Home Supply does not receive payment details or process orders.

Data access

The site operator can inspect operational records and export the nonsecret operational data through the operations console. Our planned public contact is [email protected].
