Samsung T3 Portable SSD - 500GB
The 500GB T3 is an older portable SSD design for a limited local file set. Samsung's support documentation identifies 500GB, USB 3.1 and a manufacturer maximum transfer claim of up to 450 MB/s; the more detailed manufacturer model specification names the 5 Gbps Gen 1 mode. Its Type-C connector therefore does not imply the faster modes of later SSDs. The selected US retail part is MU-PT500B/AM, with base hardware MU-PT500B. Before ordering an older drive, check the exact capacity, condition, included cable, return terms and software support in the current listing. The genuine paired photo shows the T3 on the left and a different T5 on the right; that other drive is excluded from this single-drive offer. Neither regional retail packaging nor cables are pictured. Plan space for the actual folders rather than interpreting the nominal decimal capacity as a measured formatted result. Keep another copy of important work and test a restore. We have not benchmarked the unit, tested longevity or established current Amazon pricing or stock.
